The party organized for a women who is about to marry is called Hen party. It is also named as hen night, Hen Parties or bachelorette party. The name is derived from bachelor party and it is also based on it. In past years there is party for only bridegroom. In this party, the bridegroom gives dinner to his friends before the day of marriage. Slowly girls also want to enjoy their bachelor party and they started hen parties or sometimes also called as bachelorette party.
The party is organized by one of the friends of bride or some other family member. The motive of organizer is to please the guests and friends of the party. The planning should not embarrass or disrespect the guest. The bachelorette night is enjoyed with full enthusiasm and is hilarious. Dance, drink and dinner are common in such parties.
The bridal is not the organizer of this party. She has to take part in it and she is the most important person in this. The participants are women. But sometimes bridesmaid and her close male friends also joined the party to make it quite different. The overall cost of this event is either paid by hostess or divided among all the participants. It is held in the night before wedding.
